HOW TO USE
- It is ideal to use Fulvic mineral concentrates ORIGINAL and ALKALINE together.
- We recommend taking ORIGINAL in the morning, before a meal, 5-10 drops. Drop them into a glass of pure water, which can be flavored with organic lemon juice, and drink before a meal. In the morning, fulvic acids will improve the absorption and bioactivity of nutrients.
- Take ALKALINE in the evening, adding 10-20 drops of the supplement to a glass of pure water. We do not recommend squeezing lemon juice because the pH of the preparation is alkaline. The humic acids in the preparation will act as a prebiotic and postbiotic for your intestinal microorganisms.
- Also, every morning we recommend measuring saliva pH, to accurately assess the body’s alkalinity. Use pH strips for this. Moisten the pH strip indicator with saliva, wait 15 seconds, and compare the strip colors with the color pH scale on the package. The saliva pH should be alkaline, i.e., >7.0. If the saliva pH is lower – the body’s alkalization should be a concern.
- When using fulvic mineral concentrates, we recommend drinking no less than 2 liters of fluids (pure water, tea, etc.), increasing physical activity, and eating organic food.
- The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the indicated dose. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

How do the fulvic mineral concentrates ORIGINAL and ALKALINE differ?
ORIGINAL has an acidic pH of 2, it is rich in trace elements, especially iron and silicon, and the fulvic acid is in a bioactive acidic form. When used, it enters the body’s cells, operates systemically, and is highly bioactive. ALKALINE has an alkaline pH of 11 and is especially beneficial for intestinal microorganisms.
