HOW TO USE
- For pets: add 2 drops of Fulvic mineral concentrate MINERAL-Ful to 100 ml of non-chlorinated drinking water or mix it into the pet’s food. Can be used continuously.
- For humans: it is ideal to use both Fulvic mineral concentrates ORIGINAL and ALKALINE together.
- Take ORIGINAL in the morning before eating, 5-10 drops. Add them to a glass of pure water, which can be flavored with organic lemon juice. In the morning, fulvic acids will enhance the absorption and bioavailability of nutrients.
- Take ALKALINE in the evening before eating, dissolving 10-20 drops of the dietary supplement in a glass of pure water. We do not recommend squeezing lemon juice as the product has a pH of 11 – alkaline. The humic acids in the supplement act as prebiotics and postbiotics for your gut microorganisms.
- Also, we recommend measuring the pH of your saliva every morning to assess the alkalinity of your body. Use pH test strips for this. Dip the pH test strip indicator into saliva, wait for 15 seconds, and compare the strip’s colors with the color-coded pH scale on the package. Saliva pH should be alkaline, i.e., >7.0. If saliva pH is lower, it may indicate the need for alkalizing the body.
- When taking fulvic mineral concentrates, it is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of fluids (pure water, tea, etc.), increase physical activity, and eat organic food.
